The party was organized for the company's clients and their families , then it was followed by a seminar at Pharos conference hall following the Tarawi7 prayer.
500 of the guests attended the seminar.  Which was a very Franck and constructive discussion.

The management expressed its regret for the delay in delivering some of the villas, yet as Mr. Gamal Moursi ( CEO) stated, that the delay was mainly caused by an out of hand unfair treatment on the hands of the previous local authorities, he also stated that after the revolution Alex West is set to  go forward and  achieve good progress in all levels during the coming period specially what concerns utilities which is Alexwest heart beats.

Eng. Mohamed Helmy (Vice  President and head of construction dept.) gave a very informative presentation showing the work achieved on the ground as well as the future deliveries of the villas and infrastructure.

He estimated the Antoniadis Zone will be developed to a livable zone by March 2012, while Saint Catharine will be ready by 2013,  yet the recovery plans for delivering the Villas  at Antoniadis Zone will be as follow: 102 villas by the end of 2011, 170 villas during 2012, and 160 villas during 2013 , as for Saint Catharine 30 villas during  2012, 70 villas during 2013 , and all other villas will be on time for 2013.

Eng. Gamal assured the audients that all services and amenities are now under way, water and power will be connected around the end of this year according to  utility companies  promise , Mr. Moursi spoke about the extra ordinary situation that is present in the country and pleaded for customers to have some tolerance.

Gamal Moursi took the stand and replied to a vast number of questions from the guests and assured them that Barons is committed to deliver on its promises, and pledged to the house owners that the management will spend every efforts to meet the recovery plan which was estimated in Eng. Helmi's presentation.
